Kelon Group is one of the
largest manufacturers and exporters of home appliance in
China.
Rim Polymers is proud to
be associated with Kelon's major refrigerator manufacturing
centre - Yangzhou Kelon Electric who recently had attained
TUV's certification for satisfying the stringent standard in
all the safety and hazard requirement in their modification
project of foaming line for refrigerators. This project is
financed by UN's Montreal Protocol Fund and managed by The
World Bank. The foaming line will use cyclopentane blown
system which demands greater exercise and precaution over
explosive and flammable risk in production floor.
Rim Polymers supplied,
installed and commissioned this project that comprises pre-mix
unit, buffer tanks, cyclopentane foaming machines, ventilation
and gas alarm system. TUV's recognition has put an ease on
everyone working in this line. They are assured of quality
equipments with adequate safety features, and also risk
control measures are effectively adhered to.
This successful assessment
put an important mark for Rim Polymers, an Asian manufacturer
based in Singapore. It demonstrates that Rim Polymers is
capable to offer cost-effective PU processing equipment with
state of the art design and construction to meet the most
stringent requirements in terms of technology and
