GMA H6 For
Small Outputs
Rim Polymers had supplied a high pressure
machine Model “GMA H6” to P.R. China Market which is
customized for small outputs to our customer who produces
thinner layer and light weight arm rests which are
exported to Australian automotive industry. This customer
is satisfied with consistent & accurate output that this
machine dispensed (90gram/second output rate). They are
planning to expand their production line with the order of
a few more machines in near future. GMA H6 can also be
used for other small outputs such as gear knob. |

High Pressure
Cylinder Machine For Filled Car Carpet
In addition, Rim
Polymers have developed a special high pressure machine
“H60-Rim” which is capable of handling up to 30% fillers such
as calcium carbonate, or aluminum oxide, or barium sulphate,
or mica, etc which are often used in RIM NVH application. This
type of machine has been sold to two leading Korean OEMs who
supply (NVH)automotive parts to Hyundai, Kia and Daewoo. |

Other Automotive
Parts
Other automotive parts such as glass encapsulation, car seat,
steering wheel, headrest, door panel and bumper etc have
already been produced by our GMA model machines. Rim Polymers
gives special attention to provide high quality and consistent
performance by fulfilling the requirements such as high
production rate, longer workshift, minimum downtime, ease of
maintenance and easy access for spare parts. Our GMA machines
have been sold to the OEM parts supplier for General Motors in
China. |
